While his primary profession is as a practicing cardiologist, Mitesh has also served as a lead strategy consultant for both domestic and international corporations, bringing his expertise to various sectors.
Mitesh's interest in real estate began at a young age with the acquisition of single and multi-family properties as investment opportunities. Over the years, he has expanded his portfolio to include commercial projects in the medical, restaurant, hospitality, retail, and multi-use development sectors. His approach to real estate and business emphasizes quality, reliability, service, and value for both customers and investors.

Robin Battle, Regional Director
Robin is the KARA Hospitality’s Regional Director overseeing operations in the central Virginia area. Her career in hospitality spans over 30 years. During this time, she has held various positions throughout the industry, including Director of Sales & Marketing, Task Force Manager, Revenue Manager, and General Manager.
When it comes to the big picture, Robin has a comprehensive understanding of the industry, focusing on team management, superior sales, forecasting and revenue generation. She consistently exhibits these skills and has the uncanny ability to lead her team to top-line revenue growth. She has consistently received top hotel brand rankings for the properties she oversees.
Throughout her career, Robin has served on several civic boards and councils, and is committed to working with our General Managers to be engaged with the adjacent communities.
Hoang Nguyen, VP of Operations
Hoang Nguyen serves as the Vice President of Operations at KARA Hospitality, bringing over 25 years of invaluable experience in the hospitality industry. His extensive background encompasses all facets of operations, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
In his role at KARA Hospitality, Hoang is instrumental in the development, opening, and management of extended stay hotels within the Virginia market. His deep understanding of the hospitality landscape and his commitment to excellence ensure that each property under his oversight delivers an exceptional guest experience.
